Nat has experiences from working with well-known international law firms and advisory firm. Nat advised both Thai and international clients in various matter including business transfer, legal entity establishment, restructuring of entity, acquiring of foreign business license/certificate, and logistic.

Nuttaporn Chumkaew

Nuttaporn is a corporate attorney. He represents both Thai and international clients in corporate matters including factory, labor protection and consumer protection. Nuttaporn is also licensed to represent client in Thai court of justice.

Pattama Jarupunphol

Pattama has been working for, and held a leadership position as Of Counsel at, one of the largest international law firms in the world. Her breadth of experience is quite remarkable, ranging from corporate and commercial laws, acquisition and foreign direct investment to intellectual property, e-commerce, employment, personal data, and various regulatory/permit matters. She is also a qualified and licensed lawyer, barrister, and Notarial Services Attorney in Thailand. Mitsuru Nishiuwatoko

US-CPA, Juris Doctor

Mitsuru has provided professional advisory services in Thailand since 1999 primarily in the area of foreign investment into Thailand while working with global advisory and law firms such as DLA Piper, Deloitte, and KPMG. Specifically, he has advised on Thai corporate law, transfer pricing, the Foreign Business Act, labor protection, immigration, Thai corporate income tax, financial accounting etc. Whilst with the largest global law firm, DLA Piper, Mitsuru has navigated clients to mitigate legal risks after obtaining a deep understanding of clients’ business operations. Mitsuru is a Japanese national and has been raised in the United States. Mitsuru holds a Juris Doctor degree from the United States and is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois, USA).

Promboon Sookatup

Promboon Sookatup has extensive experiences in the area of tax and customs laws. Promboon is appointed for a second term as a subcommittee for revenue tax of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (Term 2019-2020). In 2018, Promboon was appointed into a working group of Revenue Tax Law Reform under the National Reform Committee of which mandates are to perform research on problematic issues in the current Thailand’s revenue tax system and to produce a report on suggestions for revenue tax reformation to the government. The report was finalized and submitted to the National Reform Committee in late 2018.

Metha Nawalim

Metha is an experienced litigation lawyer who has been practicing in litigation area for more than two decades. Metha specializes in civil, criminal, administrative, bankruptcy, tax, labor and intellectual property cases and also represents clients in arbitration tribunal. Metha also works in pre-litigation processes and dealing with Royal Thai Police, the Ministry of Commerce official, and the Department of Special Investigation.
